Post & Packing charges
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £2.75 for all orders and relate to UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland.
Payment for international orders is by credit/debit card only. All orders must be signed for. Delivery charges outside UK are £9.95. If you want us to calculate your shipping charge for very heavy items before you order e-mail us with your order details. We will calculate it for you.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail or a courier service. Customers who require delivery for a certain date should phone to ensure it is possible, we are usually able to meet most dates. If a delivery date is not specified at the time of ordering we cannot guarantee delivery for that date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Parcels that are returned because no one was available to take them will be re-despatched as soon as they are returned to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in these circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to take delivery.
Goods are despatched as soon as possible. Generally, please allow 5-7 days but can be longer if items are out of stock. Embroidered Personalised items take 7-10 days. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested at the time of ordering. Despatch by special delivery is available on payment of the appropriate charge, please contact us for details.
Goods damaged in transit or that are unsuitable should be returned immediately for a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. We will do everything possible to assist the customer in tracking items lost in transit and if untraceable and accepted lost by the carrier we will replace the goods.
