FAQ


Q: How do I buy from Country Heart?

A: 1. Browse the products and click icon.

2. Fill in your contact details.

3. Fill in your payment details.

4. You will get an online order confirmation.

5. We will download and process your order.

6. We will despatch your goods soon possible.

Q: How soon will my order arrive?

A: As long as the item is in stock your order will be despatched within a few days. Personalised embroidered orders take between 7-10 days. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in time for a certain date please check before ordering.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes. We accept American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa / Delta Debit. Credit/debit card payments are not processed until your order is despatched. If you prefer you can send your order in by post and pay by cheque or postal order.

Q: Who will deliver the order?

A: Currently, we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery or a carrier service. These services require a signature. Customers who request an unsigned for delivery do so at their own risk.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: Whatever the size of your order our delivery charges are £3.95 this relates to UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland.

Q: Do you accept orders World wide?

A: Yes. Delivery charges outside UK of £8.37 relate to 500gms, the weight of your goods plus the packaging. We will total the weights of each order and adjust the postage as follows.

2 Kilo £21.49
If you want us to calculate your shipping charge before you order e-mail us with your order details. We will calculate it for you.

Q: I have placed an order but the shopping basket remains empty.

A: Customers need to have cookies activated on their web browser to be able to order from our site. Cookies are usually enabled on all web browsers.
In Internet Explorer go to Tools at the top, then select Internet Options, then click on the Privacy tab at the top you will now see a sliding scale move this to just below centre, it should read medium then click OK.

Or if your firewall is set on high Block all cookies then switch that to Medium prompt me each time or NONE: Allow cookies (recommended)

Q: Is your site secured?

A: Yes. We are using 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) using the internationally trusted Comodo Certificate.

The SSL technology locks all information passed from the customer's computer and Country Heart in a encrypted form, making it the safest way to send information over the internet.
We work with Ezimerchant and Comodo certificates to provide a better and safer online environment and take all necessary measures to protect information given to us. So our customers can feel completely protected from unauthorised users.

Q: What if I don't like my purchase?

A: We want you to love your Country Heart purchase, if you are not happy for any reason please let us know within a few days and return the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.

Q: My credit card has been refused with a pop-up saying "The Selected Credit Card Type does not match the Credit Card Number"

A: This happens to Visa Debit cards if you select "Visa Credit Card " payment method and not "Delta/Visa Debit" payment method. If your Debit card is a Delta or Visa Debit fill in your payment details and where it asks for "Please select a payment method" click on "Delta / Visa Debit".
