The Customer Login (if you haven't used it already!) will ask you for your address details and require you to create a password when you next place an order, this is called 'create a new account'. Thereafter, on all subsequent visits by using your password your address details will be remembered and you will never have to fill them in again! We have introduced a Gift Wrapping Category. To make it easy to choose all items that fit our boxes are marked with our Gift symbol. Make a perfect gift, choose your gift, pop it into the shopping basket and then select your Gift Box and add the item code to be gift-wrapped and we will do the rest for you. We can even send your gift direct to the recipient with your message included. Enter your Gift Message in the Additional Information Box on the order form. We have just upgraded our New Items page, making it easier and more straightforward to use. This page now displays all information, including pictures, of our new products and you can now purchase directly from the page. This page is now listed, with all our other pages, on the menu bar to the left of the screen. We now have a Gift order service available to our customers at no extra cost. If your order is a gift we can send it directly to the recipient with your personal message included. Sending the receipt separately to you. To use this service simply fill in your home address as normal (our software calls it your Billing Address) Then fill in the address you would like your gift Delivered too (under Delivery Address) After this comes a box called Additional Information. Here type in 'Gift Order' followed by your personal message. It's as simple as that. We also have Gift Vouchers. These Vouchers are a great way to give, if you are not sure what to choose for someone else, which also gives the pleasure of choosing. All the details are on our Gift Vouchers page.
