The Country Heart collections are exclusively designed and handmade by us. Our textile collection of hand stitched pictures and hearts includes many personalised items created just for you. Our wooden decorations are designed, hand cut and painted here in our workshop and also include many personalised items. We also feature the work of selected talented crafts people from around the UK as well as some well chosen decorative items from America and Europe. Our unique decorations are the perfect choice for the country home and our personalised items make the ideal gift for all those special occasions. The Country Heart collection is exclusive to us and unavailable in the shops. Its easy to order on line using our Shopping Basket system with 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) using the internationally trusted Comodo Certificate, or if you prefer send for our Catalogue and order by post, phone or fax.
We are celebrating our 10th Birthday this month! It hardly seems possible that Country Heart is 10 years old this month! It is thanks to our fantastic customers that we have enjoyed these 10 years of business online. To say a big ‘Thank you for coming’ we have put together a party bag of treats for you to take home. The Customer Login (if you haven't used it already!) will ask you for your address details and require you to create a password when you next place an order, this is called 'create a new account'. Thereafter, on all subsequent visits by using your password your address details will be remembered and you will never have to fill them in again! We have introduced a Gift Wrapping Category. To make it easy to choose all items that fit our boxes are marked with our Gift symbol. Make a perfect gift, choose your gift, pop it into the shopping basket and then select your Gift Box and add the item code to be gift-wrapped and we will do the rest for you. We can even send your gift direct to the recipient with your message included. Enter your Gift Message in the Additional Information Box on the order form. We have just upgraded our New Items page, making it easier and more straightforward to use. This page now displays all information, including pictures, of our new products and you can now purchase directly from the page. This page is now listed, with all our other pages, on the menu bar to the left of the screen. We now have a Gift order service available to our customers at no extra cost. If your order is a gift we can send it directly to the recipient with your personal message included. Sending the receipt separately to you. To use this service simply fill in your home address as normal (our software calls it your Billing Address) Then fill in the address you would like your gift Delivered too (under Delivery Address) After this comes a box called Additional Information. Here type in 'Gift Order' followed by your personal message. It's as simple as that. We also have Gift Vouchers. These Vouchers are a great way to give, if you are not sure what to choose for someone else, which also gives the pleasure of choosing. All the details are on our Gift Vouchers page. We are very proud to announce that our site has been approved by www.shopsafe.co.uk as a secure on-line web site. You will now see the Shopsafe logo on our site indicating that we are using today's best available practices and technologies for on-line shopping transactions giving our customers extra confidence when shopping with us.
