Payment must be made prior to despatch. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card, cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Country Heart. Cheques need to be cleared before despatch this may take approx 1 week. Credit/Debit card payments on-line are processed in real time.
Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and variations may occur in size and materials due to the hand made nature of the goods. We reserve the right to substitute materials/goods with similar where necessary, substitutions will always be as close as possible to the original and of equal or greater value.
When an order confirmation is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been authorised. If, after receiving your order there is any reason why we cannot fulfil it, we will notify you immediately.
We reserve the right to increase prices without notice but not after an order has been accepted.
Goods are despatched as soon as possible. Generally, please allow 1-3 days but can be longer if items are out of stock. Embroidered Personalised items take 4-7 days. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested at the time of ordering. Despatch by special delivery cut-off time 11.00 am Weekdays. Special delivery on all Embroidered Pictures take 4-7 days to despatch.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail or a courier service. Customers who require delivery for a certain date should phone or e-mail to ensure it is possible, we are usually able to meet most dates. If a delivery date is not specified at the time of ordering we cannot guarantee delivery for that date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Parcels that are returned because no one was available to take them will be re-despatched as soon as they are returned to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in these circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to take delivery.
Goods damaged in transit or that are unsuitable should be returned immediately for a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Personalised items are not returnable. P&P charges are not refundable.

We will do everything possible to assist the customer in tracking items lost in transit and if untraceable and accepted lost by the carrier we will replace the goods. This condition does not apply to customers who have requested unsigned for deliveries.
Errors on personalised items. Errors on our part will be corrected free of charge and P&P will be refunded where applicable. Errors on the customer's part will incur a small fee of £5 per correction. Goods with errors must be returned.
Delivery charges of £2.75 relate to UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland
Payment for international orders is by credit/debit card only. Delivery charges outside UK are calculated by Weight.
